Created in 1974, the Office of Vocational Training and Employment Promotion (OFPPT) is a public institution with legal personality and financial autonomy. It is the first vocational training operator in Morocco and represents, for the vocational training system, the reference institution.

The Regional Academy of Education and Training (AREF) is a public institution in charge of the management and development of the regional education system, in accordance with Law No. 07-00 promulgated by the Dahir No. 1.00.203 of 19 May 2000 establishing the Regional Academies for Education and Training. AREFs have legal personality and financial autonomy. There are 12 AREFs with one AREF per region. Administered by a council and managed by a director, each Academy is responsible, within the limits of its territorial jurisdiction, for implementing the educational and training policy, taking into account the priorities and national objectives established by the supervisory authority.
Morocco has seen the creation of (16) Regional Investment Centres (CRI) under the responsibility of the Walis of the regions in execution of the directives of the letter of His Majesty King Mohammed VI addressed to the Prime Minister on January 9, 2002 relating to the deconcentrated management of investment. These CRIs are intended to carry out two main missions, namely assistance for business creation and investment assistance, through two windows. The main objectives of the Regional Investment Centre are: simplification of procedures, proximity and uniqueness of the interlocutor, as well as the development and promotion of investment in the different regions of Morocco.
The Regional Project Execution Agency (AREP) is a legal entity under public law, with administrative and financial autonomy and subject to the supervision of the regional council. The creation of these agencies finds its essence in the provisions of the organic law n° 111-14 relating to the regions (published in the Official Bulletin on 18th of february 2016), in particular its articles 128 and following.
The Social Development Agency (ADS) is a public establishment under the Ministry of Social Development, Family and Solidarity. Created in 1999, it aims to promote social development throughout Morocco. According to the law establishing it, the ADS is responsible for participating in the financing of social development activities in priority areas and for providing financial and technical support for projects likely to increase the resources of low-income populations and improve their living conditions.
