Recognized as being of public utility, the OCP Foundation participates in the dissemination of knowledge by being a committed player in the transmission of a better world to future generations. Its actions revolve around several fields, such as: Education, Training and Research & Development. The OCP Foundation was created to carry the social and societal commitment of OCP Group. Thus, the OCP Foundation is committed and deploys its programs, by adopting a participative approach, with public and private partners, in Morocco and in several countries of the South.
OUR OBJECTIVES
Our actions revolve around 5 major axes, carried directly by the Foundation or its affiliated entities:
- Social actions and support for young people: in the two areas of Education and Health.
- Agricultural development;
- Preservation of national and cultural heritage;
- Training and research;
- Reflection and strategy
OUR MISSION
To initiate and manage citizen programmes of general interest, oriented towards human development in the fields of agriculture, education, employability, access to health and conservation of the national heritage, among others.
SOME EXAMPLES OF OUR INTERVENTIONS
Three entities are part of the OCP Foundation:
- OCP Entrepreneurship Network: Thanks to its network of partners, this network aims to offer a complete program of support to entrepreneurship through the following areas of intervention:
* The promotion of entrepreneurship
* Technical and financial support for the creation of new enterprises, cooperatives and income-generating activities.
* Supporting the growth of existing businesses
* Encouraging innovation, women's entrepreneurship and social entrepreneurship Our approach focuses on business opportunities and sustainability.
- The Policy Center for the New South: Formerly known as the OCP Policy Center, this center is a Moroccan think tank based in Rabat, whose mission is to promote the sharing of knowledge and to contribute to enriched reflection on economic issues and international relations.
- Lycée d'Excellence de Benguerir (Lydex): is a scientific and technological institution with an integrated residential campus. It includes the Secondary Qualifying School and Preparatory Classes for the Grandes Ecoles.
