EFE-Maroc operates in Casablanca, Rabat, Tangier, Tetouan, Al Hoceima, Fes, Meknes, Marrakesh and Safi. Our network of 500+ certified trainers allows us to deliver trainings across the country. EFE-Maroc offers demand-driven skills trainings delivered by certified trainers and covering technical, commercial, behavioral and linguistic competencies. We place our graduates in career-launching and high-demand sectors such as: offshoring, automotive, aeronautics, ICT, agribusiness, tourism, retail, banking and insurance.

- The Workplace Success training is EFE’s flagship soft skills program developed with the leading education publisher McGraw-Hill. The program allows youth to strengthen their soft and life skills for greater career readiness.
- The Pathways to a Job program track includes short-term trainings that help youth to transition successfully from education into their first job.
- E-learning: The online soft skills training Emplea+ was developed by Accenture experts and the EFE team as part of their joint initiative “Training for the Future.” the program enhance digital literacy and skills and competencies such as communication and flexibility
- EFE alumni club: the Club coordinates volunteering activities, continuing professional development courses, as well as networking and mentoring events. through the club, youth develop the confidence and capability to uplift their families, improve their communities, and advocate for better economic opportunities
EFE's training programs have been developed with local and international academic and professional experts, and have been adapted to the needs of the sector and the Moroccan labor market. EFE's pedagogical approach is based on online, face-to-face and blended learning and on a learning by doing mode, which allows for greater interactivity and appropriation of content. EFE's training programmes have been integrated into the curricula of partner universities and vocational training centres for a lasting impact and are entirely free of charge to guarantee access to all.
